Education 

Bachelors of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology, Semnan University, Iran, 2018

Background 

In 2021, Ms. Baninoe obtained her M.S. degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology with a focus in Tissue Engineering in Islamic Azad University- Science and Research Branch in Tehran, Iran. She entered the   Nanobioscience Ph.D. Program at the University at Albany in 2023 and is currently conducting research in Professor Susan Sharfstein's lab. Her research interests are in Tissue Engineering, Regenerative Medicine and Cell Therapy including fabrication of hydrogels for burn skin regeneration. Under Dr. Sharfstein, Ms. Baninoe works in conjunction with bioprocessing companies such as Xheme Inc., testing the increase in cell viability in their newly designed and patented cell culture bags, which use a proprietary powder lining that acts a slow-releasing nutritional supplement for culture specimen.
